To find out where your order is, please enter your tracking number on the Australia Post website and for international orders, DHL.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Once we ship your order, it is unfortunately out of our hands. To track your parcel, enter your tracking number onto the Australia Post website and for international orders, DHL. Please note that your tracking number may take a day to activate. If you feel there may be an issue with your delivery please get in contact with the delivery company. While most of our orders will arrive on time, there is always a chance that some may be delayed. This is out of our control and we apologise for any inconvenience.

What happens if my order is faulty or not as ordered?

If you have received a faulty item, we are truly sorry! Please send images of the fault to help@laurencurtislounge.com with your order number and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

If you have been sent the wrong item or size, please return the item to us and retain proof of postage. We will reimburse you for the cost of returns postage and for your order if it is indeed incorrect.

What is your returns policy?

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

All garments must be as new with tags still attached. Any garments that appear to be worn (makeup marks, stains, perfume scent) will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer free returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will not include shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges, instead, we suggest placing a new order once your refund has been processed.

How do I return an item to you?

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

1. Check your garments
Please ensure all garments are as new (with tags still attached) before returning.

2. Package your return
You may use your own packaging or the satchel your order arrived in, however, please remove or cover any old labels. Don’t forget to fill in the returns slip provided and put it inside your parcel!

3. Post your return
Take your return to your nearest post office and retain proof of postage. We recommend using a trackable service.
